Once again, the United Nations has rallied against Israel’s legitimacy in defending itself against a relentless enemy comprised of a cluster of terrorist extremists. Al Qaeda, Hamas, Hezbollah and Islamic Jihad (amongst others) are well-funded, armed groups masquerading as movements of peoples’ liberation but in reality, are cold-blooded killers eliminating many of their own people via the perpetration of extreme acts of violence, including suicide bombings, amputations, cold-blooded murder and beheadings.

And once again, the world (civilized?) is capitulating to fascism, just as it stood still waiting for the worst to happen before 1945. Let’s be quite clear, Genocide is endemic, and not only related to the Jews or to the desired obliteration by Iran of Israel, with once again, world silence in the face of the worst crimes. Genocide is universal, however is able to manifest itself only with the support of a silent community of “enlightened European and Western nations, nations preaching “universal” humanism. In actuality these nations were the original inventors and most active purveyors of Genocide before 1945 driven by colonialist greed and the regional subjugation of those unlucky nations caught up in their Empires’ geo-political activities. This same socially-conscious community seeks to continue to rationalize its double-standard of post-WWII ethics, morality…and yes…inherent anti-Semitism. The rationalism goes like this: One law for us and another for the Jews.

For some Jews like Richard Goldstone, still fearful of fully existing in countries where their full cultural identity has to be proven – the role of presenting themselves as progressive-leaning global humanists concerned without prejudice against all world injustice, is just too good and handy a veil not to adopt. With Goldstone, and in the best tradition of Irving Kaufman the American judge who presided over the Julius and Ethel Rosenberg case – two Jews accused and convicted of spying for the USSR in March 29, 1951, and sentenced April 5 1952 to death by the honorable Kaufman for the transmission to a foreign government of information “relating to the national defense, leaving 2 young orphan boys behind, while also hastening the rise of the notorious and later convicted Senator Joseph McCarthy and his investigations into anti-American activities by U.S. citizens – the UN has found an expedient vehicle, a Jew willing to enhance his reputation as a non-prejudiced, Israel-loving, concerned Jew focused on Israel’s morality and survival.

It would be nice to know where Mr. Goldstone was, when American forces during Operation Iraqi Freedom, killed 45,000 Iraqis (primarily innocent men, women and children). Why didn’t Mr. Goldstone bring the U.S. the U.K. and the rest of the coalition who perpetrated these crimes to task, or demand accounting and threaten to bring them to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in Den Haag? This is Richard Goldstone on Iraq and Kosovo as quoted in an article by Andy Clark on June 18, 2009 on Radio Nederland Wereldomroep’s web-site (RNW):

“I don’t believe that any allegation that I have read or heard against the United States leaders comes anywhere near the sorts of crimes that the ICC has been set up to investigate. Genocide, crimes against humanity, serious war crimes – it just doesn’t measure up.”

Asked by a member of the audience if former President George Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney, and Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, could ever see themselves on trial at the International Criminal Court for their role in the US-led invasion of Iraq – Judge Goldstone was unequivocal in his answer:

“Let me say I don’t believe, while there are allegations of torture – and errors made in bombing of Kosovo during the Clinton administration – or some civilians being killed in Iraq or Afghanistan, I don’t believe that any allegation that I have read or heard against the United States leaders comes anywhere near the sorts of crimes that the ICC has been set up to investigate. Genocide, crimes against humanity, serious war crimes – it just doesn’t measure up, that’s point one. I don’t think it’s a fair comparison.”

And what about the massacre of civilians in War in Chechnya by Russia in 1994 – 1995? If you examine the following Wiki extract, one might ask where was Goldstone’s condemnation of Russia as being a nation that should be brought before the ICJ in Den Haag for war crimes?

Yeltsin’s human rights adviser Sergey Kovalev’s estimates, about 27,000 civilians died in the first five weeks of fighting. Russian historian and General Dmitri Volkogonov said the Russian military’s bombardment of Grozny killed around 35,000 civilians, including 5,000 children, and that the vast majority of those killed were ethnic Russians. While military casualties are not known, the Russian side admitted to having lost nearly 2,000 soldiers killed or missing.[18] The bloodbath of Grozny shocked Russia and the outside world, causing severe criticism of the war. International monitors from the OSCE described the scenes as nothing short of an “unimaginable catastrophe,” while former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev called the war a “disgraceful, bloody adventure” and German Chancellor Helmut Kohl called it “sheer madness.”[19]

According to Goldstone, thousands of innocent deaths by aerial bombardment do not constitute war crimes? Or is this distinction relevant only to Israelis who made, regardless of the UNFMGC’s unproven charges and one-side sources are implemented in his enlightening report? Israel and the Jews are and have been universally discriminated against and butchered and in 2009 this need has not diminished. For eight years and without equivocating the mortality rate which Goldstone thinks seems to justify his position – the mental and physical damage to Israel’s population was, has and is substantial. Is this in the Goldtone report? No it is not, and conveniently Goldstone uses the fact that Israel refused to cooperate with his UN/Palestinian initiative to taint thesmselves because of non-participation.

Quite frankly Mr. Goldstone, in typical Galut “kneejerk Jew” identity fashion has convinced himself that he is serving Israel’s best interests. At the great cost of being condemned myself, I accuse you Mr. Richard Goldstone of attempting to be a new-age Übermensch.

Remember Friedrich Nietzsche wrote in Thus Spoke Zarathustra:
