We are looking for essays, previously unpublished with a sensibility focused on politics and society, lifestyle, culture and literary criticism. We publish both previously published and new writers and favour work related to the Middle-East, particularly Israel and Palestine.

Vox Humana is a collaborative effort that respects intellectual property of others. We demand the same respect from our contributors. Vox Humana may, at its discretion and without notice, terminate the work of a contributor who infringes upon the intellectual property right(s) of others.

I, (“the Contributor”) own the copyright of all material(s) provided (“the Works”) to Vox Humana.

Vox Humana assumes NO LIABILITY AT ALL for any of the Works provided by the Contributor.

The Contributor grants Vox Humana permission to:
use, modify, display, reproduce and post the Works, in whole or in part, on www.voxhumana-lit.com;
sub-license third parties to use, display, reproduce, distribute and post the Works as examples of materials located on Vox Humana; and
permit visitors of Vox Humana to download, print and distribute copies of the Works for personal, informational and/or non-commercial purposes.
The Contributor represents and warrants:
that he/she is the sole owner of the Works and the Works is original.
that he/she has NOT granted any rights of the Works to third parties that would prevent him/her from granting the rights provided to Vox Humana in this agreement.
that the Works do NOT contain any material that interferes or impinges on any privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or any other right(s) of any person, company or entity.
the Works is NOT obscene, defamatory or otherwise unlawful.

The Contributor additionally agrees:
That if any of these representations and warranties are false or misleading that he/she will indemnify and hold Vox Humana harmless from any and all liabilities, losses, damages and expenses (including, but not limited to legal fees) arising out of or in connection with any claim or legal suit based upon allegations, which if true, would be a breach of any of the representations provided above.

This agreement will be in effect until the Works is removed from Vox Humana at the discretion of Vox Humana.
